Mayumi Ueno received M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville in August 2000. Her M.S. work was synthesize and characterization of metal-doped diamond-like carbon films by ECR Plasma CVD.
Mayumi is currently working for SEIKO EPSON Corporation, Nagano, Japan, as a researcher in the Technology Platform Research Center. She is now responsible for development of next generation non-volatile FeRAM (ferroelectric random access memory).
